Aktuelle Untersuchungen haben ergeben, dass einige ältere Versionen des tubCloud und des Nextcloud Desktop Sync Clients fehlerhaft sind. Dies kann dazu führen, dass mit diesen Clients synchronisierte Dateien nach der Synchronisation nicht mehr nutzbar sind. Das betrifft alle Nutzer*innen von gemeinsam genutzten Ordner und Dateien.
Um dieses Problem gänzlich zu vermeiden, werden wir am Dienstag, dem 06.06.2023 ab 07:30 Uhr die Nutzung sämtlicher Sync Clients in den Versionen vor 3.4.1 blockieren!
Bitte prüfen Sie daher, ob ihr Sync Client auf dem aktuellen Stand ist (Einstellungen → Allgemein → Über) und installieren Sie ggf. eine neue Version (aktuell ist die Version 3.8.2).
Wir empfehlen die Installation des aktuellen Nextcloud Clients, da kein aktueller tubCloud Desktop Client mehr bereitgestellt wird. Eine Anleitung zur Umstellung des tubCloud Clients auf den Nextcloud Client finden Sie auf unserer Webseite unter im Abschnitt "Anleitungen":

06.06.2023: tubCloud/NextCloud: Limitation of usable clients
Recent research has shown that some older versions of the tubCloud and Nextcloud desktop sync clients are buggy. This can cause files synced with these clients to be unusable after synchronization. This affects all users of shared folders and files.
To avoid this problem altogether, we will block the use of all Sync Clients in versions prior to 3.4.1 on Tuesday, 06.06.2023 from 7:30 a.m. !
Therefore, please check if your sync client is up to date (Settings → General → About) and install a new version if necessary (current version is 3.8.2).
We recommend installing the latest Nextcloud client, as no current tubCloud desktop client is provided anymore. Instructions for switching the tubCloud client to the Nextcloud client can be found on our website under the "Instructions" section:
